Godly people recognize leadership as calling. They recognize that GOD has entrusted them with opportunities to lead and he expects them to wisely steward everything he entrusts to them. Leadership is a Calling wich should never be taken lightly.
Leaders who lack passion and purpose are easily distracted. Passion and purpose keep the leader and those he has been entrusted to lead away from “folly” and on a ” straight-course” Are you passion and purpose clear? Do others align themselves easily with your direction? If not, perhaps it is time to quietly and intentionally rethink your direction, asking GOD for his direction.
