One of the best things that came out of this tragedy is unity. During this difficult time we have seen everyone helping each other regardless of their race or social condition. The tragedy joined us!
I ask myself, do we need a hurricane to come and put us in danger so that we become united?
There’s a bigger problem that’s been affecting us for a while and it’s the division between races. Do we need to face a natural disaster even worse than a hurricane to realize we are all equal? It’s weird
Or maybe the sense of unity that came out of this tragedy is going to leave from Texas’ hearts to the whole nation when we need it the most.
Let’s be united
Colossians 3:13-14
13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14 And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
