There is no right way to pray. But there may be a particular method of prayer that fits you more comfortably.

God meet you where you are , no form of prayer is better than another, any more than one way of being with a friend is better than another.
What's better is what's best for you!!!!!
No matter the method, but we have to be intentional in our search for GOD.
