The Developing Future Leaders (DFL) training program is a comprehensive plan designed to recruit, train and deploy qualified Young Life staff across the Division. It is designed as a “cultural overlay” to the standard training practices employed at a local area and regional level.
The plan is to develop well-trained part-time staff who can serve as future volunteers, committee and full-time staff.
